      Based upon the information you gave us we will provide you with a written offer.  When you agree with our written offer we will send you a formal Sales/
Purchase agreement.  After you review, sign  and send back the Sales/

process.

      The due diligence process is where we verify and confirm the information you have given us.  A title search and  appraisal may be done.

  Receiving your money
      When the due diligence is complete and there are no remaining issues One Call Note Buyers, LLC will have all the needed legal paperwork drafted,
which will need to be signed and recorded.  Once the legal paperwork is
signed and recorded your money will be placed in escrow.
